A message from our Preschool Director,
Brenda Shapbell
Welcome to our website! I hope you find this information helpful and informative.
Celebration Preschool provides a safe and nurturing environment while promoting social, emotional, cognitive, physical and spiritual development. We encourage children to be active, creative explorers who are not afraid to try out their ideas.
At Celebration Preschool our preschoolers become independent, self-confident, and inquisitive learners. We believe that the first five years of a child’s life are fundamentally important. They have a direct impact on how children develop learning skills as well as social and emotional abilities. Children learn more quickly during their early years than at any other time in life.

Brenda Shapbell, Preschool Director & Lead Teacher - Caterpillar Classroom
Brenda has been an early childhood educator since 1990, first as a teacher and then as a director. She has been the Preschool Director at Celebration Preschool since 2005. She earned a M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education - Curriculum and Instruction from Liberty University. Brenda is the proud mother of three grown children and “Gigi” to four fantastic grandsons. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, crafting, shopping, and walking. Brenda loves teaching young children, and believes a child’s early years are the foundation for his or her future development. Besides acquiring basic skills, preschoolers need to learn how to socialize, share, and form relationships. An early childhood education helps children gain the necessary skills to prosper in school and beyond. Brenda also loves teaching the children about how much Jesus loves them and how uniquely and wonderfully they are made.
